Moemas is a Johannesburg catering company founded in 2007 by husband-and-wife team Danielle Postma and Mike Caudle, born out of a homesick South African in London and a besotted Englishman. Originally a shop, it now operates as a pure catering business serving Johannesburg and surrounding areas — weddings, corporate lunches and office breakfasts, canapé and cocktail parties, private celebrations, meal boxes and platters. The pedigree is real: Danielle trained at Leiths in London and worked with Yotam Ottolenghi at Baker & Spice and later at Ottolenghi. No menu is set in stone; they sit down with clients and build something tailored to the occasion, dietary needs and décor included, and they'll do a free tasting first.
